Samaritans PurseNews

Perhaps you are rushing around getting Christmas presents ordered, bought and wrapped for your nearest and dearest. Spare a thought for the staff and volunteers at Samaritans Purse depots around the UK as they sort through hundreds and thousands of shoeboxes that will be given to children across the world.

The final drop off day was 18th November so the process of getting the boxes ready for distribution is now in full swing.

Since 1990 more than 113 million boys and girls in over 130 countries have experienced God’s love through the power of simple shoebox gifts from Operation Christmas Child. Samaritan’s Purse works with local churches and ministry partners to deliver the gifts and share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
