Clare Arian

Originally from Broughshane Clare’s attendance at the Worldwide conventions as a teenager formed a strategic part in her offering herself for long term missionary service. From 1997–2004 she served in Malawi with the Presbyterian Church in Ireland in the sphere of education.

Sensing a change of direction she then studied at All Nations Christian College where God impressed the urgency upon her to ‘reach the unreached’ on her own doorstep. Settling in London she then met her husband Amir, a Muslim convert, and together they minister among Muslims from an Iranian, Tajik and Afghan background. Her areas of involvement are varied, ranging from helping her husband in the church plant he pastors to teaching English. Currently she is serving with Arab World Ministries/Pioneers but works under the auspicious of Hamsayeh International. She has a young son called Jalal.
