This year marks the 1400th anniversary of the death in Italy of one of the most well known missionaries to leave Bangor for Europe with the gospel – St Columbanus.

This evening we will hear something about his life from Ian Wilson and then we will hear from two modern day missionaries working in Europe – Philip Moore from France and Alan Taylor from Italy.

Both are involved in church planting in what are now post Christian societies.

Worship: New Irish Orchestra
Chairman: Peter Lyle, Ballyholme Presbyterian Church
