UFM

GLOBAL MISSION AGENCY
UFM

UFM Worldwide supports churches in making disciples of all nations. They believe that the Lord works through the local church and so they help churches to identify, train, send and support workers for cross-cultural mission all around the world. Their partners are focused on two main areas: taking the gospel to the least reached and supporting under resourced churches. How can UFM support you in your church? They will be holding their Irish Spring Conference on Saturday 13th April at Moira Presbyterian Church so why not head along if you want to find out more about them.

“Your prayers are vital, your financial support significant and your practical service precious.”

POINTS FOR PRAYER

MINISTERS
LUNCH

Give thanks for the 18 pastors and ministers representing approximately 12 churches who attended our lunch on 12th March. We had a productive time giving information about plans for this year's convention  and receiving feedback on the convention generally. This was all very helpful and will be used to shape our thinking for the future of our event.

COMMITTEE
MEETING

Please pray for our committee meeting to be held on the 24th April. The main item on the agenda will be detailed planning for our Launch events in May. These comprise two meetings for ministers / pastors, a student event and an open meeting for all on Wednesday 29th. Pray that we will be inspired as we make these arrangements and we will be able to build on the success of last year.

SPEAKERS

Please pray for those who will be joining us from around the world as part of our speakers panel for the summer convention. Pray particularly that there will be no unexpected problems as arrangements are being made for visas / flights etc. In today's unstable world, these issues occur more frequently than in the past and can be very disruptive. Pray that God will protect us from them and that all will run smoothly.
