Committee Meeting

Please pray for a meeting of the committee on the 20th of this month. We will be hoping to finalise the programme for Convention 2018 so please pray that we will be guided by God to make the right decisions regarding many detailed aspects of the event. Pray also for the meeting of Trustees which proceeds the meeting of the full committee, that they will be able to fulfil their oversight role and ensure good governance of the Worldwide organisation.

Launch

We had our first publicity launch 10 years ago and have used the same format ever since. The committee has decided to take a fresh look at what we do on the day and see if changes need to be made. Please pray that we will be guided to make the changes which are needed and that the new format will draw in folk who may not be familiar with the work of the Convention.

Partner Organisations

Please pray for our links with Partner Organisations such as CBMC, SU & CEF and for inspiration as we seek to strengthen these. A number of meetings are planned to explore possibilities for joint action and we need guidance how to decide which would be the most productive in extending the range of the Convention.
