Marketing of the convention
Please continue to pray that information about the Convention will be made known to more and more people. We are constantly challenged when hearing of the many Christians in this part of the world who do not know of its existence. We are making increasing use of social media this year in an effort to reach the younger generation, please pray that this will be effective and also that our more traditional outlets such as churches, bookshops,newspapers, railway stations, will be used by God to draw people in – new and old alike.
Committee
Give thanks for a productive committee meeting last month and for the progress made in putting together next years programme. Pray that as we write out to prospective speakers, we will get a positive response from the people of God’s choosing.
Mission Workers Fellowship
Please pray for the MWF as they finalise arrangements for the Global Exhibition. We have over 70 stands already booked in and will shortly be at full to capacity.
Northern Ireland Conventions
Worldwide is part of a wider grouping of conventions which run throughout the year in the Province. This group has produced a marketing plan which is designed to get wider publicity for the events. Please pray that we will get support for this plan from government and officials.
Convention Secretary
Finally, continue to remember our Secretary as she deals with the many details regarding speakers arrangements which become pressing at this time of year.
