Launch

Give thanks for a very successful launch event on 11th May. We had our highest attendance to date and got very positive feedback from all who attended. Please pray that our programmes, posters and promotional video will be well used and many people will get to hear about the wide range of speakers we have lined up for 2016. Give thanks also for the visit of the African Childrens Choir in the evening of the 11th. This was also well attended and as a result we were able to send a cheque for £1,500 to support the work of the choir in Uganda.

Speakers

Please pray for our speakers as they make their preparation for coming to the convention both in thinking about what they should say and the other necessary travel arrangements. Pray especially for those who encounter problems with visas. We know of at least one in this position again this year and would ask that you pray for a speedy resolution of the issue.

Opening Evening Meeting
in the Spires Centre, Belfast

To celebrate our 80th Convention we are going to Assembly Buildings in Belfast (The Spires) for our opening evening meeting on Saturday 20th August. Please pray that supporters old and new will come along and be inspired by the speakers who have agreed to contribute.
