Another Year over
The 2013 has been and gone, and in this edition of our prayer letter, we look back at the week that was, as well as look forward to what we have planned for 2014.
Media
Don't forget, you can get all the recordings of the morning, evening and seminar sessions on our website - www.worldwidemission.org/media/.
With the exception of a few, due to the sensitive nature of their content, you'll be able to listen back to the morning bible readings with Bishop Ken Clarke, as well as our opening night, where we looked at Egypt and beyond!

Looking Back
The 2013 Convention was the most ambitious to date with over 30 individual events fitted in between the opening night on Friday 23rd August and the closing meeting on Saturday 31st.
Visit our website to read a summary of the year.

Social Media
A quick reminder for those of you who keep up to date with all the goings on in technology, Bangor Worldwide have added Facebook to it's social media sites. You can like us here on Facebook, follow us on twitter with @bangorworldwide or view videos of our speakers on vimeo!
These will be the best places to be kept up to date with all that is planning for the forthcoming year.

Looking back on Convention 2013, we have much to give thanks for, including
Prayer Meetings
The strong support for the various prayer meetings throughout the week.
Bank Holiday Special
The success of our Bank Holiday Special when, cumulatively, over 1000 people attended the seminar and the meeting in the evening and also for the very powerful message from the speakers that unity in Christ overcomes deeply held political differences
New youth and student initiatives
The good response to our new initiatives for young teenagers and for students. Attendance at both these events exceeded expectations. The inclusion of these new events meant for the first time we have something for all ages from 9 to 90 ( and beyond ) and it would look as if we should think of repeating them in the future
Bible Readings
The many people who have commented on how worthwhile and challenging they found this year’s event particularly the morning Bible Readings

Looking forward
The hearts of the people who came
That God will continue to speak in the hearts of those who heard the messages, either at the Convention or through our website, and that there will be a rich harvest because of this in all aspects of missions activity in days to come
Committee Meeting
The committee as we meet on the 9th September to review and plan for future years
