Welcome to the March Email!  It's been a while since we have been in touch but things have been a bit busy for us!  Your prayers for the convention are appreciated by all involved.  To help you, we've included some points which you may find useful.

1. The finalised programme for Worldwide 2009 (22nd to 29th August)
2. Speakers who have agreed to take part throughout the week
3. The ongoing work and witness of the Bangor Worldwide Missionary Convention

Please pray for

1. The next stages of this year’s planning for W’wide 2009:
   • design of the programme leaflet, posters and other advertising materials.
   • preparation for WW 2009 launch event on 28th May
   • invitations to the launch event, that they will be well accepted by local ministers and church leaders, mission representatives and other interested parties.
   • the allocation of speakers into local churches and accommodation arrangements, etc.
2. All the speakers, from across the world, who will be involved in Worldwide 2009, especially Bishop Ken Clarke who will be leading the Morning Bible Readings. Please pray also that there will be no last minute cancellations.
3. Worldwide 2010 – for contacts and preparations already underway.
4. Also for early planning for Worldwide 2011 which will be the 75th anniversary of the Bangor Worldwide Missionary Convention.

Continue to pray for World Mission

1. The ongoing work of mission agencies involved with the persecuted church and prisoners of faith.
2. Sudan and the present political climate there and the impact it will have for the church in Sudan.
