The COACHING Workshop is for those that wish to learn and apply coaching skills into their life and corporate cultures. Drawing from Dr. Keith E. Webb’s book, The COACH Model for Christian Leaders, this workshop delivers practical skill development through high–quality, interactive coaching training, and has been used effectively in over 20 countries around the world.
Paul Lindsay, a trained coach and accredited trainer will be teaching the programme with the support of other MAP & GC staff members.
The 3 day programme will focus on integrating coaching skills with existing leadership roles, such as member care, HR, pastoral care, team leadership, mentoring, etc.
Participants reflect on their own roles and leadership styles and how to integrate these new coaching skills to create a unique blend for more effective leadership and intetraction with others. Through a high level of interaction, coaching, and lots of practice, participants learn key coaching skills, such as listening, using empowering questions, developing actions and follow up.
Each participant will receive a 50+ page workbook.
We believe those who complete this programme will be more effective in supporting others to develop their potential in all areas of life and to take action to accomplish that which matters most to them.
This is a non–residential event, based at Windsor Baptist Church. Lunch and refreshments, and an evening meal on the middle day, will be provided.
There’s an early bird discount fee of Ł105 for MAP/GC Members (Ł135 for non–members) if you book before 1st March 2015.
