On Monday evening we will be hearing from Isaac Shaw and Sasha Tsutserov who will focus on the training and equipping pastors in the very different contexts of North India and Russia. 

The pressing need to train local pastors is common in most mission situations and it will be helpful to learn from the experiences of these brothers who have been involved in this type of work for many years.
