Youth UpdateNews

Our recently appointed Youth/Student Development officer Jason Brodie gives an update on Worldwide’s first ever Youth Workers Breakfast and shares of plans in place for August’s 20s30s night.

Worldwide’s Youth/Student Development officer Jason Brodie writes “During the last few months, I have continued to meet with various church youth workers and others people involved in youth and student ministry. Dave Jensen, assistant minister at All Saints church in Belfast, is now confirmed to speak at the Worldwide 20s30s night, which is an exciting development. We also hosted our first ever ‘Youth Workers Breakfast’ on Wednesday 23rd January, having fellowship together, enjoying some not–so–healthy filled soda’s, and giving information about Worldwide 2019. Sixteen people attended, representing 11 different churches, so we’re really grateful to God for how the event panned out. I am also thankful that He has opened up six different speaking engagements with six different Youth/Young adult groups in the coming months.”
