Andrew Kwapong

Andrew Kwapong is a Missionary with London City Mission since 2007. During this time he has worked in Tottenham in Partnership with the Church of England developing Church Plants on Housing estates. One of which, St Francis at the Engine Room in Tottenham Hale, was the first new Church of England church parish for the London Diocese in 30 years amidst the context of the Tottenham riots.

Andrew has recently moved to North Kensington in West London with his wife Martina and two children and is placed at St Helen’s Church helping them and London City Mission support local churches in their response to the Grenfell tragedy. Andrew is currently training for ordination into the Church of England and is part of a group looking at developing a program for planting onto housing estates and commissioning those already living on them.
