Regional Director, Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF), Europe
Iulian Mangalagiu serves as the Regional Director for Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) of Europe, overseeing ministry efforts in 48 countries. Passionate about sharing the Gospel with children, he supports national teams to carry out evangelism and discipleship initiatives tailored to their cultural contexts.
Iulian holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Theology from Emanuel University in Romania and is pursuing a doctorate at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in the USA. His theological expertise, ministry experience, and love for reading enrich his work and inspire those around him.
As co-leader of CEF’s Hope for Ukraine project, Iulian helped deliver over 120,000 Gospel-filled backpacks and nearly 8 million evangelistic booklets to children affected by the war in Ukraine and all over Europe.
Iulian lives in Iași, Romania, with his wife, Anca, and their three adult children, faithfully serving in ministry and their local church.
