D.A. Carson is a former church planter and pastor and currently serves as a Bible college professor of New Testament at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois.
He is a founding member and currently president of The Gospel Coalition and has authored a range of books for different audiences and his writings have been translated into over a dozen languages.
He has a passion for world mission, training of pastors and others to equip them to reach the world for Christ and he knows the importance of men’s ministry in this regard.
He lives in Libertyville, Illinois with his wife Joy and has two children. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, hiking, and woodworking.
