Geoff McIlrath

Representing: Castlereagh Fellowship

Geoff lives in Belfast with his wife and two of their five adult sons. He became a Christian in his late teens and was the first in his family to turn to Christ. While studying Political Science at Queens University Belfast, Geoff developed a deep passion for the Word of God with the accompanying desire to help others understand the Bible’s message. After three years of employment with Ulster Bank, Geoff left to concentrate on local church ministry and in 1993 helped establish Castlereagh Fellowship where he still serves today. In recent years Geoff has written a variety of gospel resources and millions of his ‘Why’ booklets have been translated and distributed throughout the world. The literature ministry has led to the creation of many partnerships with missionaries and missionary organisations and this continues to be a source of great encouragement to Geoff.

Geoff works with Castlereagh Fellowship, Belfast, which he helped establish in 1993. He has a passion for evangelism and has written gospel literature which is used throughout the world. He is married to Michele and together they have five adult sons and a growing number of grandchildren.
