Married to my brave and godly wife Evelyn for 28 years who fought cancer for 5 years and recently went to be with The Lord.
Converted from Hinduism to Christ 32 years ago. Born in a family of seven siblings and a mother who single handedly raised us after the disappearance of my dad, I was thoroughly convinced that all religions ultimately lead to one and the same God. We simply serve him by different names.
However, my dissatisfaction with religious observance and my own futile seeking for truth within Hinduism led me to believe that there must be more to God than what I have been exposed to. This brought me face to face with a minister who invited me to church which resulted in my subsequent conversion to Jesus.
After 6 years in a secular job, the Lord called me to spend 3 years at the bible college and then into the ordained ministry with CESA/REACHSA .
I am presently serving as rector of a local church and the past 5 years included my role as bishop of the province in Kwa Zulu Natal.
